VIKINGS!!!

Anyone that knows me, knows I LOVE the Vikings!!  Can you believe what happened yesterday?  I still am wondering if I will wake up from this dream!!  This has been so long coming for so many of us die hard Vikings fans!!  We made it through the worst and now the best of years!

We are in Georgia right now and that is where we watched this incredible game.  I must admit, I was watching almost the full last quarter behind my hands thinking maybe if I did not watch, better results would take place!  Rally cap, closed eyes, crossed fingers…whatever it takes, I was going to try it.  I would not even change the chair I was sitting in just in case I brought on some type of jinx!

And then it happened!!! Case to Stephon — a “walk off” touchdown as they call it!  Any fan will always remember where they were when that play happened!!  Hopefully you are one of those that went for a drive, or changed the channel because you were so frustrated.  True, us Vikings fans are used to defeat and disappointment so I understand wanting to take yourself away from what was before our eyes.  But there is always that one glimmer of hope that something might happen!!  And yesterday was our day!!  Watching so many of the you tubes today of various fan reactions was a thumbnail of how I reacted.  “Holy f****** shit!!” was the exact phrase that escaped my mouth at the top of my lungs.  I think I may have scared any bears that even thought of coming out of hibernation right back into their winter time slumber.  It was amazing.

Now as I have seen others say “Dilly, Dilly we are off to Philly!”  Or as I like to say “Bring it Back Home!!!”
