Max and I go on a walk about 3-4 times today and when we tracked it, it was 1.79 miles – so seems like a good daily walk. We use the same route, but will reverse the direction every other time. Most often here the sky is an amazing blue — there are limited cloudy days and very few gray days that are often seen this time of day in Minnesota.
This morning there was a little fog hanging in the air, but it was really interesting to see this cloud formation hanging over the lower valley area. This is the first time I have seen this while we have been here. But still the sky is a great blue!
Along the back side of this campground is the Verde River. This is a very popular river for kayaking. Two days ago we had a full day of rain, other pouring at times. It was crazy to see today how this rain has impacted the river as the banks are overflowing into the flatland area. Any kayakers that may try the river today would be in for quite a ride.
These campgrounds are in the valley, surrounded by mountains. Some of them were still snow covered until we got the rain. It is just so nice to look out our windows at the surrounding mountains. And enjoying them on our walks every day, never gets old!
And always, it seems, lots of contrails.

Hope you have a great day in whatever you are doing!

P.S. Huge someone that needs a hug today!
