Election Day

Well, the day is finally here…..I had thought about writing something profound, but my profound brain cells are not awake today. Remembering elections in the past, I do not remember where there was so much hate, unfriending, and family division as it seems this election has generated. We did what we could do by voting, and now it will be what it will be, so I hope people can love each other again, refriend their unfriended friends and hug (although with social distance) all of their family members again. We can always agree to disagree, but life is just too short, and we are only with each other for a little while….so I think it is time to let go and move forward and enjoy the love of each other and the beauty that is around us.
